I love asparagus and goat cheese together so I decided to create a twist on the traditional
fried goat cheese medallions that you see on restaurant salads.
So I was excited to make
these fried goat cheese croutons at home for the first time.

A recipe for a market - inspired salad with baby arugula, fresh herbs, fennel, quinoa, roasted golden beets all topped with oozing balls of
fried goat cheese.
In a non-stick frying pan,
