I've always used coconut
oil to
fry my egg
in the morning and rubbed a
little on my hands and face.
However, when not
in mood to bread and
fry chicken, I often saute it
in little oil and seasonings until it is crisp, caramelized and fully cooked... then just mix
in sauce.
The only difference was that the air
fryer wasn't as golden
in color, but that probably could have been fixed by drizzling a
