I used oil rubbed bronze paint
from Rustoleum and then hit the edges with some bronze rub and buff.
I used a chalked paint
from Rustoleum (Linen White).

I used my leftover
Rustoleum Primer and Silver and Gold Metallic Valspar spray paint
from my Metallic Magnet project (view it here).
I have sanded it and repainted with
rustoleum just to keep it
from rusting further.
I later covered the bubble foil with cardboard, and some thin wood sheets that I guess is some kind of cheap wood wall paneling of some sort, (IDK) which I painted a beautiful shimmery metallic purple that resulted
from accidentally spilling two tiny cans of pink and silver
rustoleum.
Using lots of elbow grease to sand down the frame where it was drippy
from it's last paint job (the hubby's first and last attempt at spray painting), two cans of primer and two cans of
Rustoleum warm yellow spray paint, she's looking sunny and lovely in yellow.
The assortment of picture frames I picked up
from thrift stores or garage sales and spray painted them with
Rustoleum or Krylon's metallic gold.
Use a spray primer
from the Krylon Fusion line or
Rustoleum Plastic paint line let dry, then either spray on Fusion spray paint or brush on acrylic craft paint.
I expected and did see lots of new products and innovations

Rustoleum, Ballard Designs, Shaw and many other companies.
Other options: Stain it with Minwax stain, leave it natural and clear coat it with
Rustoleum Clear Matte Spray Paint, or embellish it with a stencil
