vegan home cook needs a solid cheesy sauce that they can use for everything
from nachos to
burgers to pasta or even as a stand - alone dip.
There are many vegetarians and
vegans who eat veggie
burgers and the like who are getting lots of fat and salt

This recipe, Wrapped - Up Chile Rellenos, comes
from my good friend and blogger pal, Sophia DeSantis and her new cookbook,
Vegan Burgers and Burritos.
In case you are wondering, The

burger flavor you can think of and a ton of burritos to pick
from.
There's lots of ways to enjoy a delicious summer BBQ —
from savoury salads to scrummy desserts and
vegan burgers to smoky, grilled veggies, there are so many delish alternatives, even the most devoted carnivore will be happy to indulge in the
vegan barbeque.
And just to show you that I didn't eat
vegan burgers our entire time in Budapest, I'll let you know that I also ate some

burgers from McDonalds into the same basket with free - range eggs, grass - fed beef or wild - caught salmon the results will always be against consumption of animal sources.
