China's Ministry of Commerce is already investigating whether to limit imports of U.S.
sorghum, a cereal grain used to feed livestock, in response to previous tariffs
from the
White House on solar panels and washing machines.
Here are the flours in the GF blend I used
from Bob's Red Mill: Sweet
White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sweet
White Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour.
The FDA and ADA consider nutritive sweeteners to include anything
from raw honey, pure maple syrup, molasses,
sorghum or other nutritious options, to such dietary dead - ends as
white sugar, high fructose corn syrup and concentrated fruit juices.
From what I remember it has a bit of a taste like
sorghum so just be sure you mix it with some of the
white flours / starches!
Combining the
white rice flour and
sorghum together, and then adding the «gluten feel»
from one of the starches, is a great blend for baking.
