animal sources, regardless its quality (should be as high as possible), quantity (should be minimal) and processing level (as low as possible) tend to be less professional and easier to debunk by
nutrition experts that oppose vegan way of eating... Sure, if you put sausages, salami, burgers
from McDonalds into the same basket with free - range eggs, grass - fed beef or wild - caught salmon the results will always be against consumption of
animal sources.
