Chef Raines brings more than 30 years of
culinary experience to his role, having studied under

from around the world.
Chef Johnstone was awarded his Certified
Master Chef (C.M.C.) distinction
from the American
Culinary Federation in 2003; he served as Team Captain for the United Kingdom Epicurean World
Master Chef's Society, as well as Team Captain for the American
Culinary Federation's Team Long Island.
As the hotel's Executive Chef, Yoann developed his
culinary expertise with the
masters of the Provençal gastronomy; two Michelin starred Chefs Christian Willer
from Hôtel Martinez and Bruno Oger
