If you've never heard of coconut flour, it's basically made
from dried coconut meat.

The latter, however, is made
from dried coconut meat and often undergoes different chemical processes (bleaching, deodorizing).

I have tried this with Native Forest, Field Day, 365 Organics, and Thai Kitchen brands of canned coconut milk with great results, as well as homemade thick coconut milk
from both dried coconut and fresh mature coconut.
I recently tried to make coco flour
from dried coconut in the food processor for raw strawberry fudge.

I love this idea, but I am bummed bc I make all my own coconut milk and it doesn't seem to work w / homemade
from dried coconut.

In terms of nail varnish, I haven't explored any vegan options, but know that nail varnish can be quite
drying in all forms, so make sure to give your nails a break

I've read it's a low glycemic sugar that is harvested
from the
coconut flower's nectar and then

Hahaaa... I agree as I had to cook my still VERY moist banana nut loaf for over 1.5 hrs when the original recipe called for your typical 1 hr... The darn thing just didn't want to
dry up... But I ended up removing it

I also do not eat a lot of
dried fruits, so apart
from 1/4 cup of either raisins or
dried (homemade) cranberries, I use a cup of the following ingredients (depending on what I have on hand at the time)-- sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, unsweetened shredded
