When a new
dog is to be coming into our program as an Adopt - A-Bull, we will send out an email to all open foster
homes letting everyone know the following: age, sex, history (where the
dog is coming
from, background, etc.), characteristics, behavior

Through our Petco Adoption Center in Overland Park, Kansas and 5
other local Petco stores
with cat habitats in the Kansas City area, we placed 1,379 cats and
dogs from our shelter into new
homes in 2016 — resulting in 22 % of all adoptions
from our shelter last year occurring through a partner Petco store!
And they get along fine
with Laura's
other dogs — a miniature pinscher named Jade, a Boston terrier named Halley and a dalmatian named Dax, who she also brought
home from the animal hospital.

from wanting to be the only cat in the
