Just make sure you let it cool sufficiently before you try to remove
it from the loaf pan.

From your pictures, it looks as though there's no difference in the sizes of the
loaves baked in the 5.5 - quart
pan and the one baked in the 7 - quart
pan.
Use a knife to go around the sides of the
loaves to loosen if need be, then carefully remove the
loaves from the
pans by tipping them into your hand, then setting on a platter.
Wanted to post that a technique that GF Goddess recommends worked well for me — when using a bread machine — immediately remove bread
from pan and place in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes and it helps an overly moist
loaf to dry out and not sink so badly.
