I get so much more pleasure in styling clothes
from op shops.
In my spare time, I love to garden like a granny in my little inner city tropage «tropical cottage» garden, hang out with the Blokefolk, be bossed around by the Bunny Bros, read historical fiction and zombie novels, collect retro souvenir scarves, rescue vintage English bone china
from op shops, indulge my latte love and drink endless pots of tea.
Despite the MOUNDS of cheap trendy clothes readily available at every store you walk into and online, chosing to either support small local designers who make in Australia / USA / Britian / wherever or buy things
from op shops and second hand stores.
That is impressive, I know I have had the odd piece
from the op shop that needed work.
Originally I tried to find a good material and pattern from another piece of clothing
from an Op Shop, but didn't come across anything I was thrilled with.

I found that the

shops had a lot of pink, blue or patterned ones in the polar fleece, but also came across some white ones people had clearly swiped
from hotels too.

So the other week I was happily vintage treasure hunting about these beaches... I must say that there may have been some broomstick twitching in this old cottage to get me out hunting... I had been doing too much and not getting out for any me - time... broomstick tends to twitch when I let that happen... so I took a few hours out, got myself in the Beach Mobile (I would like to say that this is a vintage white vehicle
from the past, however it is a typical car of a forty - is - the - new - thirty woman of this time with three children to cart around to various activities), grabbed a coffee, a basket and my wipes (
