I used a dark, dairy - free chocolate
from our
organics store and added
cashew butter to lighten to a more milk chocolate - like consistency.
Cashew butter is good as well, and if you really want something that is super similar, you can try the
organic unsweetened Sunbutter (made
from nothing but sunflower seeds — if you like it sweeter, you can add a little honey).
Lunch is usually a quick salad of left over protein
from the night before tossed through
