Tim i found it liberating to just do what the Lord wants you to do i work within his boundarys and yes i attend church and enjoy it.I love the people and i love hearing the word and worshipping the Lord even if
others are still bound up with traditions thats not my walk thats theres. My focus is to do what the Lord wants me to do.There have been times i have said no to the pastor he does nt understand why i choose not to lead the worship.i query him as well regarding the idea that its not just performing a function because there is a need our hearts have to be in the right place so that the Lord can use us but he did nt understand where i was coming
from and thats okay because of that i just said no until my heart is right i am better not being involved in leading. But i am happy to be an encouragement to
others in the worship
team i havent wanted to be the leader i have done that in the past.So my focus has been just the singing and being part of different worship
teams i think the Lord has
other plans as the groups i am in seem to be changing at the same time i am aware that i do nt to worry about change as the Lord knows whats best.I used to be quite comfortable leading the music but that was before when i was operating in my own self confidence and pride. The Lord did such a huge change in my life that i lost my self confidence and that is not a bad thing at all as my spiritual growth has been incredible. The
big change was my identity moved
from me and what i could do to knowing who i was in Christ and that he is my strength and confidence. Now i know that without him i can do nothing in fact i am dependent on his empowerment through his holy spirit all the time in everything. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music at another church i attend multiple churchs although i attend two regularly one has services in the morning and one has services in the evening so the two do nt really clash. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music its been two years since i did that and i was worried on how i would go.All i can say is that it went really well and because i stepped out in Faith the Lord really blessed the morning to the congregation. The difference is knowing that i serve the Lord with the gifts he has given me but my heart has to be right and when i do it in his way it builds up the body and it brings glory to him.May the Lord continue to show you what he wants you to do even though
others may not understand your reasons i just want you to know that you do nt have to pull away completely just work within the boundarys that the Lord gives you and do nt feel pressured by
others expectations to do anything that feel uncomfortable.Be involved just as you feel lead by the holy spirit even if it is in a very minor way take small steps.regards brentnz
I see lot of coments about how we can sign Reus «cuz he's a world class player.Yes, he is a great player BUT did you see how mutch this season was he injuried? The period when Dortmund win some games and comme forward in the table was the period when Reus was available, rest of the season he was injuried. This is one thing, the
other think is that Klopp say he will leave Dortmund in the end of the season and looking for a new chalange.I'm pretty sure that he will leave to a
big team and will take Reus after him.Sterling is exactly the same type of player as Sanchez, just doesn't have the same experience, he's not fully developed.I think he can be a first XI player for us and I think will be great alongside Sanchez, replacing Cazorla when he will leave.Sterling is an English player, will be great to see him at nationat
team too, and we need as mutch as rest of the
big teams from EPL home grown players. The coments who say that we have Gnabry and Wellington make me laugh, really?Do you want trophies?Or do you want to see more young players and waiting year after year to confirm or just see how they doesn't play anything? We are a top
team, and need performance in UCL too, not just participaiting.Sterling is a young CONFIRMED player who will definetly help us.Agree that he's not fully grown but he will be a great player.

from Arsenal to see how many chances
other teams create in a match.U will rant about Giroud who is not helping the

I'm so sick of people telling those of us who are disgruntled fans to relax and give this club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and - see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a
big part of the problem... no
other «
big» club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing of the guard at every major club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several years because those «
big» clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone of these clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far more than our club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the
biggest lie of all: that we couldn't spend because of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any
team in the world... this organization is rotting
from the inside out and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need to see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this club and start anew
My

Which
big deals have the
other big teams done apart
from Man City?
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly
from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball...
from our backs out wide, we've seen pace
from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national
team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a
bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National
team's midfield, where
teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this
team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the
other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this
team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
Then when arsenal beat a
big team it was not down to good play
from arsenal but because the
other team made a mistake that arsenal won.
In term of CB, people are forgetting that the youth academy have good players in Hayden and Ayaje.Southampton use to do well with their academy because the supporters will allow and accept the youths to be given a chance, now supporters
from a
big team like Arsenal wants proven expensive world class players in order to win quickly in detriment to give a chance to the youths club.Wenger show preference to some in detriment of
others too playing always the same player and giving few chance to
others.Bendtner last year was treated badly, look out this year for Campbell and why not give a chance to Ayaje and Hayden who are olders than Chambers in the cb position, don t tell me it s about potential if they are not given a chance?
The
biggest problem has been wenger for long time now «project» run Arsenal football club as an academy and try to prove to everyone else he is the one who knows better and try to bring in kids who have potential but not ready for 1st
team resisting spending money to improve squad depth and cling in on average players: Iwobi, welbeck, theo, chambers, holding and player
other players on wrong position Monreal and not give opportunity to good footballer Perez and Campell also you have been holding too much power
from transfer, players contracts, arsenal finances as a whole and now all that BS start to backfire
I understand what you're saying bounty hunter, but I feel like the week prior to
big games should be enough time to at least tweak our formation slightly or employ a certain tactic, whether it's counter attack with less possession or playing with two strikers up top instead of the lone striker, I would hope that players at the level required for arsenal would be able to adjust to this as it seems I tend to hear
other teams coming away
from big wins uttering phrases like «we worked on the manager's ideas this week and executed them well», I cant remember our players saying this for a while.
The Patriots have mastered the art of making the
big offensive play in high leverage situations (see, e.g., converting on 3rd and 18 vs the Jaguars two weeks ago) and letting
other teams make the killer mistakes (with an occasional assist
from the refs).
The
big boys will most likely cancel each
other out, so far only Arsenal vs Chelsea / Liverpool vs City / LLiverpool vs Arsenal have played each
other, and we have Man City vs Chelsea coming up, so more drama to come plus a few shockers
from the lesser
teams too.
We need some midfielders that can be strong and battle for us!!!! al our midfield are forward thinking and there is such a
big hole
from them and the back 4, It does not matter who we have playing at the back we will always get attacked with goals against us with the style of midfielders we have, Let get some steel in the middle of the park, Lets bring in some players that
other teams feel fear playing against us, Look back at our best
teams and we have always had players that will get back and cover and can tackle and win balls in the middle of the park, So many of our midfield now can, t even get back never mind win the ball back when we need it, It is NOT about the price of players it is all about buying players that can balance a good strong
team, At time we need to buy a player who is not a star but is good at doing what we need him to do,
If the scenery isn't enough to convince you to tune into the Pinstripe Bowl, the actual football game pits two pretty evenly matched
teams from the middle of the
Big Ten and ACC against each
other.
he can never see past his
big nose when it concerns arsenal, he is now at the point of embarassing our great club each time he decides to open his dried up mouth.perhaps heis suffering
from a loss of memory when he talks about
other teams wasting time, be gone with you wenger.
Wenger is the problem of all
team fist, at his age he should have taken distance
from what he gain over year and year with management career, Arsenal administration are poor in
big decision making FIRE Wenger applies Americans principle; Everybody his replaceable today the presence of Wenger is Barrier to
other players coming to Arsenal you have player like Draxler these are type of player ho his young also processed experience already.
But with Xhaka set to appear at the Euro 2016 tournament in the summer, there is a theory that the Arsenal boss wants to get the deal done as soon as possible, just in case he performs well for the Swiss
team and draws transfer attention
from some
other big clubs around Europe.
And we have beaten all the
other big teams to show a real improvement
from last season.
Now I think there is still reasons to be cheerful, I agree Man C & Chelski have spent & bought some good players, we all understand that 5 of those
teams might be in the CL proper which is a huge distraction for those 4 - 5
teams.Chelsea will not be able to field the same 13 - 14 players all season, as for Man C they were very frail at the back last season, add to that 2 flying wing backs and I'm not sure they will be any better this coming season.LFC will most probably have CL as well if they qualify and haven't exactly bought great players apart
from Salah who could be a good aquasistion for them.Spuds have sold a good player & strengthened a rival & still not bought a single player yet, Man U have bought 2 good players & in Lukaku have a proven goal scorer in the PL but if they play the same dour way they did last season & with the added games the CL brings will they perform week in week out in the league??? As for Everton yes they have released a lot of players and also brought in a lot too to give better quality in the squad as they have Europa league the same as US the
big difference is I think we will play squad players & youngsters maybe with a few senior players all the way up to the QF This tells me most of our rivals will pave the way for us to field pretty much the same side every weekend in the PL thus giving us an advantage over all the
other 5
teams playing in the CL & Europa, just remember the League has been won in the last 2 seasons by
teams NOT in Europe YES we are this season but I think Wenger will put all his eggs in the League basket and field an under strength side in all comps hence focusing on the League until we are no longer in the race.
How do they compare with the
other big teams from across Europe?
The
other big rumour is Mbappe's
team - mate Thomas Lemar, who is probably even more of interest to Arsenal fans since we managed to secure Alexandre Lacazette, but although Wenger admitted Arsenal's interest, he said that an agreement was far
from certain at the moment.
When they played
teams back in the
Big 8 days, he'd talk to coaches
from the
other team before the game, and if those guys were tired the morning of the game, he knew [Nebraska was] going to win.
That's a
big deal when looking at future match - ups in the Playoffs as it will keep them away
from other Top
Teams until the Final4.
Undefeated Wisconsin is now the conference's last best hope for a playoff spot, failing mass chaos in
other conferences in the final four weeks — but if the Badgers stumble in the
Big Ten title game against a multi-loss East champion looking for one last handful of style points (assuming they survive a visit
from Michigan later this month), their résumé likely won't hold up against the
other one - loss
teams under consideration.
of course, i get frustrated at the fact we buy 1 decent player and then all the pressure sits on their shoulders i feel for sanchez every game he works his arse off and he looks like he annoyed by some of the
other players who ai nt up to it we have a decent squad but we need 1st
team cdm and a striker and a decent cb, look at bayern benatia, boateng, martinez, dante all being played at cb but our only decent cb is kos, its not good enough i like mert but he ai nt gonna help us win the league, would love arsene to finish this season with at least 1 more trophy and then try bring in pep guardiola he's the only manager similar to arsenal's style but i think he would need a promise
from the board for
big funds
After losing All -
Big East quarterback Donovan McNabb and nine
other starters
from last year's 8 - 4
team, Syracuse expected to rebuild this year, but six weeks into the season the resilient Orangemen were 5 - 1 and ranked No. 16.
Big mert needs to lead
from example on the pitch and stop pointing fingers at
other team mates, when he is the gulity party on most of the occasions within recent weeks with shambolic defensive errors!
Combining the two proposals would be the optimal solution, with any
team that qualifies for the Open getting a
big banner to hang in the gym
from the state and
other special treatment (every Open game is televised, say).
I really think Zigic's agent spotted an opening in a
big team and is saying arsenal have contacted his player in order to create interest
from other teams.
What is beyond all queston is that the SEC was is basicaly a
big Honey Boo Boo beauty pagent filled with talentless

Until recently it was a common complaint
from fans that Wenger never spent
big money on players like the
other successful
teams in the Premier League.
