stated that some employers wanted to combine health information
from different insurers and health plans providing employee benefits to their workforces, including its group health plan,
workers» compensation insurers, and disability insurers, so that they could have more information in order to better manage the occurrences of disability and illness among their workforces.
What we do know is it is looking at all manner of violations —
from not complying with the auditors, to failing to keep records, to failing to comply with salary or
other stated potential benefits of the foreign
workers employment, to not making reasonable efforts to provide a workplace free of abuse.
