As for
cheese — processed
cheese that is individually wrapped we'd call «plastic
cheese» in that it is only partly
cheese and contains other refined milk products and additives, whereas
real cheese — including Mainland's
cheddar, edam, and colby — is made
from the same whole milk as other dairy products like yoghurt or butter.
