Even for someone
like myself who is a
food blogger already living an unprocessed life, I learned a lot
from Part One and was reminded just how awesome it is to be eating
real food.
What I mean by that is that I
like to make my
food, mostly
from scratch, with
real and fresh ingredients but I also don't want it to take a lot of time since my three kids always want it ready «five - minutes - ago.»
That's because,
like all
real foods, the sweet potato contains other nutrients besides beta - carotene — all these nutrients work together to exert health benefits that you will not reap

Like with many things, the
real food version is so much better than anything
from a national brand.
I personally disagree that the taste is great (far
from what

like!).

We (my family, coworkers and I) all LOVE how eating this cake is

In the last year and a half, we feel
like we've learned a bachelor's degree - worth of information about eating
real food and eliminating toxins
from our diet.
However, in it's place is constant hunger, depression
from not being able to eat my favorite
foods, and the slow realization that no matter how many gluten - free substitutes I try, they just don't taste as good, nor do they fill me up
like the
real thing.
