stuck in creating gluten free products that are not only gluten free but also free
from nuts, peanuts,
sesame, soy, coconut, dairy, eggs, rice, yeast, sorghum, tapioca, modified starch and most fruit.
You may need to toss the cooked noodles with
sesame oil or olive oil to prevent the noodles
from sticking.
My favorite light summer whole - food recipe is a spinach salad with cucumbers and tomatoes
from the garden, sprouts,
sesame sticks and a little feta cheese.
If you have to wait add a little
sesame seed oil to the noodles to keep them
