Nut and Zucchini
Crackers (Adapted
from The Raw 50) 1/2 cup golden
flax seeds — ground 3/4 cup purified water 1 medium zucchini — roughly chopped 2 cups walnuts or pecans — soaked in purified water for 4 hours handful of fresh mint (optional)-- chopped poppy seeds for sprinkling
We use a Excalibur dehydrator to make beef jerky,

crackers, dried fruit roll - ups, pancake mix
from leftover carrot pulp
from the juicer and much more.
On a plate, arrange several rice

crackers, 1/2 -1 sliced avocado, 1/2 -1 sliced tomato, 1 - 2 handfuls olives, and if your stomach tolerates dairy, 3 - 4 slices of a «hard» artisan cheese, such as Parmigiano - Reggiano, asiago, and gruyere (preferably
from Europe, to ensure higher likelihood of A2 cattle and less growth hormone).

from what I have on hand)
