from Vata season to Kapha season is not as clear as the change from Kapha to Pitta or Pitta to Vata.
«Dry» skin conditions such as eczema are believed to emanate
from vata imbalance, and addressing that imbalance is an important step in treating the condition.

Dehydration

from poor digestion, low Agni, environmental exposure and insufficient waste removal with its accumulation of Ama (toxins) in the colon (seat of
Vata), which are then transported, to the joints.
From an Ayurvedic perspective, it pacifies
Vata (Air) but tends to increase both Pitta (Fire) and Kapha (Earth) in the body / mind.
Lack of period is a great example, not great, but a quintessential example of a
vata imbalance, and one that's caused
from adrenal fatigue.
Vata acne is usually not caused by oil as you would expect, but
from the opposite: systemic dehydration.
Any change in the seasons is naturally disruptive to our sleep cycles, and this shift

Vata — really requires a conscious tuning in and slowing down on our parts.
