young talent isn't with office slides or free haircuts — it's by letting your
millennial employees work
from home, according to the Conference Board of Canada.
The analysis, done by
Millennial Branding and analytics company Identified.com, was created by a team of data scientists crunching raw information
from 4 million Facebook profiles of
young people to uncover how they are representing themselves on Facebook — and whether they're using the social network for business purposes.
At the same time, employers in some industries paid markedly more to keep the most in - demand talent
from leaving, most noticeably among

from the White House Council of Economic Advisers, and they're also likely to be more frugal with their money.
