The first step is to get to
the front edge of your chair.

A quick trick for getting the right height in one shot is to stand in
front of your

chair seat with a thickly folded blanket).
Practice with a
chair support: Sit near the
front edge of the seat and wrap your hands around the back
edge.

Place your blankets on the floor a little less than a leg's distance away, with the folded
edge facing the
front of the

Support the lifted leg by pressing the raised foot against a wall or hooking its
front ankle over the top
