I was loving all of
the front porch posts — I'm definitely getting some inspiration for my humble little house!
But I was stopped in my tracks due to this cute coat stand... formally
a front porch post from a darling old Victorian house somewhere... it weighs 80 pounds or more... I strained my back carrying it from my car through my house.

There are plenty of regular pumpkins but the pretty ones, I have yet to see.I did buy some beautiful mums for our front porch and I'm hopeful that I'll be able to find some beautiful pumpkins in time for
our front porch post next week.

There's still lots to do like clean up the the new concrete, add a Dutch door to the

porch posts to make them chunkier, add stair railings and a

May seems a little late to be
posting my spring
porch since I've usually got my
front porch decorated by the end of March, but hey life happens.
My husband built our children a playhouse that looks so much like the first one you have
posted, cute and yellow with a little
front porch and a loft.
