My general go - to recipe is swampy
in color, full of greens, berries, a
frozen banana, and whatever superpowders I have lying around.
My question is, when using
frozen fruits (like the blueberries and
bananas) are you supposed to thaw them any first, or just toss them
in straight from the freezer?
You can even
freeze them
in bags with the
banana / avocado
in portions for easy - making
in the mornings!
