"frozen cauliflower" refers to cauliflower that has been cut, cleaned, and stored in a freezer. It is no longer fresh and has lost its crisp texture, but can still be used in cooking and recipes.

I initially served it with whipped cauliflower but last night, I added a bag
of frozen cauliflower in with it to roast.

think frozen cauliflower might be a little too wet when you thaw it out to really cook in the pan and not steam instead.

I haven't tried
frozen cauliflower so I'm not 100 % sure, but if you do try it, I'd cook the cauliflower then wrap it in a towel to squeeze out all the water.
Trader Joe's, Green Giant, and a few other local companies also make
never frozen cauliflower rice you can buy in the produce section.
And since Trader Joe's now
sells frozen cauliflower that has already been riced and blanched, we have no real excuse for not making it often.
Then add frozen banana slices, frozen raspberries (or any berry) and
raw frozen cauliflower florets or raw frozen riced cauliflower (trust me, guys) to a blender and blend on low (this is key).
