question about the cranberry / orange cheesecake: I can find neither a bag (fresh) or
frozen cranberries in the store.
The cranberries are quick and easy as well, you just simmer up a simple syrup flavored with cinnamon, briefly submerge
frozen cranberries in it, then roll the berries in sugar.
It's a bit early for cranberry season, but you can easily use
frozen cranberries in this recipe.
let me just say that I love it so much, that I have 4 bags of
frozen cranberries in my freezer right now.
To answer your question — using
frozen cranberries in cookies might not work very well, since they contain so much liquid.

cranberry coconut lime cheesecake recipe, I used

I found
frozen cranberries at the regular grocers, and put them
in the dehydrator — once they've been

cranberries, 1 cup of water and 3/4 cup of sugar
