How do I use fresh or
frozen gojis?
We suggest adding
the frozen gojis at the end of your cooking session, approximately three minutes before you serve your dish, just to heat them through, to prevent vitamin loss.
I used to think that only dried goji berries were available in stores, but recently I found
frozen goji berries at Whole Foods, and I personally like these a LOT better than the dried Goji berries.

Ingredients used in the company's products include organic cacao nibs,

Last spring Target Corp. started putting «smoothie additives,» near
frozen fruit aisles in some stores — the company's term for dry smoothie ingredients like hemp seeds, chia seeds, and
goji berries.
I blend hemp milk, avocado, dates, raw walnut butter, cacao powder,
frozen berries, and raw honey together and then top it with cacao nibs,
goji berries, and some homemade granola (recipe coming soon!).

The dried
goji berries have a stronger taste, and I tend to prefer the milder taste of the
frozen berries, which are great added to yogurt (once thawed).
I personally think that there are more benefits to eating whole
goji berries (either dried or
frozen) compared to taking a supplement or any of the juices with
goji that are claimed to be «exotic miracles».
