Hi I've I've just been introduced to superfood
powders is it ok to combine them all currently I have 50 % leafy greens around 2 cups of
fruit, 1 type of nut, then I use a teaspoon of Maca, cacao, acai, spirulina, and wheat grass then finally top of with water does this recipe sound ok I sometimes worry that to many
powders might be bad for me, just wanted some advice to

I certainly drank my fair share when I was younger, but sadly that «strawberry» milk didn't have an actual strawberry to be
seen in it, just a pink colored
powder masquerading as
fruit.
I am going to try adding Ball's
Fruit Fresh
powder this year to
see if it keeps the applesauce yellow, since some people prefer it that way.
I'd much rather
see you throw some raw oats, olive oil, protein
powder, and some type of
fruit or Gatorade
powder or something for flavor into a blender and drink that.
I have been doing kefir for a few years and I have never refriderated it — it never goes bad or spoils — the white slimy is unusual — maybe cause its» un» --- pasteurized - milk --- - I make my kefir from a --- non - fat gallon of regular store bought milk - and don't have any issues its great — I make cheese and juice — the cheese is for dips — and salads and tuna mix and all that — great in soups and stews — the juice I make protein smoothies out of it — every day a 16 ounce smoothie — just protein
powder and kefir juice and sometimes a blender with banana or some other
fruit — its awesome and I have no digestive issues ever — hope this info helps — keep using it maybe try non fat regular milk —
