My thoughts are that diet is the underlying cause of
acne and coconut oil could help they symptoms... but to cure or avoid
acne you must identify the food triggers such
as nuts, seeds, high sugar

Mangos can lower your inflammation levels and calm
acne, and they can supply
acne nutrients like vitamin C. There's a strong chance that mangos can act like a natural sunscreen
as well; that's a power which few
fruits can lay claim to.
If you don't enjoy pomegranates then rest assured that many other
fruits are great for clearing
acne, such
as strawberries and watermelon.
As for
fruit, almost all of them are healthy to some degree, but some are a lot better for
acne than others.

It's not
as critical for
acne as other
fruits like apples or strawberries, but if you can afford it I recommend that you buy your bananas organically.
Strawberries contain significantly more with 0.35 mg, cementing their status
as the greatest
fruit for clearing
acne of all.
Of course berberine has a lot of good effect
as You mention later in Your article, but the only human clinical study about
acne - Berberis vulgaris shown, that the
fruit has the anti-
acne effect when ingested orally and the
fruit doesn't cintain any berberine.
I highly recommend that if you can not afford the greatest
acne treatments like raw honey, grapeseed oil and sea buckthorn oil, then you make use of a powerful
fruit such
as the pomegranate.
Fruits with plenty of vitamin E will work excellent
as that is one of the most important nutrients for preventing
acne.
The sugar content of pineapple isn't
as staggeringly high
as some paleo diet followers believe and is completely harmless for
acne if you slot the pineapple into a designated moderate - sugar
