I find
salads are a great way to get
in my daily serving of
fruits and vegetables
in the Spring and Summer.
I joke
in my nutrition classes for cancer patients that the reason I fling any likely
fruit into their
salads is I ensure I get my
fruit for the day.
In the meantime, it's also important to focus on eating your
fruit and vegetables so I hope you find the time to try this
salad.
In fact it does have the Ambrosia elements,
fruits, smells textures, sweet, salty, acidic, juicy, creamy, crunchy all the components that make a
salad a memorable meal, and the kind of
salad you will crave the next day and perhaps the next weekend too.
