Frustrating combat and a few glaring technical
issues aside, Ittle Dew is one of the most well -
designed download games ever released on the eShop, approachable enough for young players and deep enough for hardcore Zelda veterans.
While the physics
issues aren't as apparent in puzzle sequences, since the game was clearly
designed for them, you're still playing a platformer, and a missed jump at the wrong time means a restart from the checkpoint... and this can get extremely
frustrating, because while the puzzles themselves are clever and fun, the platforming physics are not, and the gameplay working depends on both of those.
The
design was the least natural of the bunch, it suffered regular connectivity
issues and slow response times, setup was the most involved of the bunch in both the app and with the hardware, and the app itself was fairly
frustrating.
