I substituted the strawberry ice cream in the Cooking Light recipe for chocolate and made my own fudge sauce to go in between layers and on top.

OMG I legit have this same recipe on my blog in my Fudge Ripple S'mores Muffins!!

I've tried lots of brownie recipes: Boxes, scratch, frosted, plain, nuts, chips, fudge... Each of them has something to like, but depending on my mood I might want a change of pace.

My take on the classic fantasy fudge recipe - made with Scharffen Berger chocolate, butter (not margarine), and organic cane sugar.

Eat it by the spoonful, add it to your coffee, blend it into smoothies, pour it into chocolate moulds or cupcake cases, pop it in the freezer and made legit super-food freezer fudge, these cupcakes with it, heat and drizzle it on cookies, carrot / banana bread (official recipe coming soon), avocado toast, baked sweet potatoes... driz, driz, drizzalllllll on alllll of the things!
