Is it possible to do yoga on
the full body weights days or do I need to do weights still?
You could definitely swap out
a full body weights session for yoga.
A full body weights program will work better than a split program (i.e. chest and triceps, back and biceps, legs and shoulders on separate days).
Instead of doing legs once per week, I would do
a full body weights program 3 times per week so you're not intensely fatiguing your legs.
These are
a full body weight exercises, but you'll feel it mostly in your legs, back, core, chest and arms.
With a handstand pushup, you're lifting
your full body weight, however much that may be.
I've been doing on top of
my full body weight - training workouts (2 days per week), I've been doing 1 hour of fast - walking and 30 minutes of stationary bicycling.
I had to put
