You mentioned not having luck with wheat
bread, and I've tried out a really successful combination: King Arthur Flour White Whole Wheat pastry flour (
substituting the
full 3 cups) and about 1 1/2 tbsp honey.
Try avoiding all low - carb
substitutes for a while (
bread, sweeteners, pasta, etc.) for a while and focus on eating real food (meat,
full - fat dairy, eggs, non-starchy vegetables, avocados, coconut oil, etc.).
