I find that

cream takes only a few minutes, while aquafaba takes nearly the
full time.
Note that you can substitute
dairy items and still have very happy results: butter for the vegan butter, sour
cream or
full - fat yogurt for the cashew yogurt, and whipped
cream or ice
cream for the coconut
cream.
But if you're watching your waistline, avoid anything made with fattening
dairy products like ice
cream or
full - fat yogurt.
Although milk, ice
cream and nonfat
dairy products don't belong in a keto diet, butter, cheese and other types of
full - fat
dairy may be a good fit, depending on the individual.
I recommend organic heavy
cream over milk because
full fat, natural
dairy has more health benefits than processed
dairy and it doesn't have all those milk sugars that regular milk has.
