As I write this I've spent around a 120 - hours in the world of Skyrim, battling dragons, looting dungeons, stealing (I mean «acquiring») items of value, fighting vampires, having
fun as a werewolf, forging my own custom gear, assassinating poor suckers for money and generally just getting up to much shenanigans.

There's
fun to be had in spotting Udo Kier, Ken Foree, and Brad Dourif in cameo roles (meanwhile, Zombie's standard company returns, his wife Sheri Moon turning in a wonderful performance
as our bogeyman's stripper mommy), but it's distracting
as well, almost too much like a rib - chucker (think The Howling — and sure enough, there's Dee Wallace
as the adoptive mother of hero girl Laurie (Scout Taylor - Compton, also attached to an upcoming April Fool's Day remake)-RRB- that only ever really worked when John Landis gave it a shot with An American
Werewolf in London.
When a Twitter user asked Landis why he thought the villagers in the original film didn't stop the
werewolf themselves, the screenwriter revealed that he's exploring this detail in his script, and it will account for one of the biggest deviations from the original film: «Answering this question and the nature of the village's role in the plot in the second and third act
as of now are the biggest changes I've made to the original structure... Doing some
fun stuff.»
Doing those dashing segments
as a bloodied up
werewolf with the amazing soundtrack blaring is great
fun.
