I'm not hating on Nintendo but they are known for remaking
games I will agree that super smash bros for Wii u is a
fun game but its definately a remake just like GTA 5 and Last of Us both GTA 5 and Last of Us are
games that have an actual story and have open worlds and are not just straight up
fighting games they have more going on with them than super smash bros and I don't see how super smash bros beat out dark souls 2 I'm sorry but dark souls should be higher due to the mechanics of the
game and how well it is designed but I will agree that super smash bros for Wii u was one of the better
games of the year but it is not
in the top 3 or
in metacritics opinion the best I would put it more of top 5 of top 6

Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 is not the best
game in this series of fighters, graphically it's good for a Wii
game, the sound is good, the voice acting is great, the controls are ok, there is a large number of characters to play as which is great and even some
game exclusive characters, multiplayer is ok, the story mode introduces an new and unique story with some interesting characters but kind of falls short, and the difficulty can be down right frustrating at times, there is some good versus modes and a
fun survival mode, all
in all i would only recommend this to Naruto fans, and people who love
fighting games.
You might have some
fun if you've never played another Naruto
fighting game — but anyone who's spent time with the franchise will find this pales
in comparison to its predecessors.
In short, this
game's
fun, but its legs probably can't carry it beyond the whole «Wow, Batman's
fighting Superman» first impression.
With great story / characters,

fighting styles, and surprisingly cool online features, this is a
game I recommend you play if you enjoyed the first
game in the series.
The story missions
in this
game can get pretty repetitive and boring but the combat is improved enough that when you are actually
fighting it feels good and is

Unlike the Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm series which is more and more a mess of technical, balance and gameplay issues these days, Brave Soldiers delivers what is a nice, franchise - based
fighting game, at first, i was expecting a simple
fighting game with some button mashing, however, the
game proved me wrong and i fell
in love, the combo system, while easy, is a lot more deep than the one
in the Naruto
games, with all of the characters having two special attacks, two «burst attacks», a knock - away and a launcher respectively, a throw and an ultimate attack (called a «Big Bang Attack»), every character also has an universal dodge - action that sends them behind their enemies while spending one cosmo bar, making bar management that much precious and shielding you from a half - a-hour combo, unlike
in the NUNS series, the
fighting and the characters are nicely balanced, with every character being
fun to play and viable at the same time, the
game runs smoothly without frame - rate issues and the cell - shaded graphics, character models, arenas and effects alike are nice to the eye, battles are divided into rounds, with all the tiny nice stuff like character introductions and outros being intact (
fun fact: the characters will even comment on their score after the battle), the
game also features an awakening system, called the «Seventh Sense» awakening, unlike the NUNS awakening system which became severely unbalanced
in the later
game, every character simply gains a damage / defense boost, with the conditions being the same for all characters, eliminating situations when one character can use awakening at almost any point
in the battle, or one awakening being drastically stronger than the other, the
game has a story mode with three story arcs used to unlock characters, a collection mode, tournament modes, a survival mode, a series of special versus modes and online battle modes.
I've just finished Bloodbourne, would thoroughly recommend the DLC it adds an enormous amount of
fun content to the
game, both
in things to
fight and weapons to take forward.
Fighting records from StreetPass is also a lot of
fun,
in that same high - score challenge mentality that kept old arcade
game interesting.
The normal enemies
in The Surge alone can act as mini-boss
fights and while there is a lack of enemy variety
in the
game, the struggle to improve and iterate on each
fight is what makes the
game fun here.
You can play for
fun, but to truly excel you need to put
in the time and practice; a great
fighting game will reward that investment

Which isn't really my problem anyway, even if the response of the remote was perfect for the basic motions I would still not see anything
fun in doing that, I can't do a parry or a helm splitter
in real life with the remote, but I want them on the
game and I find it incredibly
fun to do them, when the
game tries to read the motions perfectly but for such moves it has to break that rule it just makes the whole thing fall apart, it loses consistency, and sword
fighting without those impossible but neat moves is just boring.
The platforming was extremely challenging but
in an organic way (you always felt
in control, and like the difficulty was part of the
game instead of
fighting the controls), the power ups were
fun, but — more than anything — the
game had a sly sense of humor and a silly streak, something that extended to Sega's entire 90s attitude, especially if you saw any of the commercials from that decade.
