During the last school year, Oakwood sent care packages to troops, fed 50 families
at Thanksgiving, adopted eight families during the holiday season, raised money for cancer research, and even used a large portion of
funds it had raised for the school to help the children's section of the
local library.

library collections are frozen in the 1970s because that's when a major change in
