I'm not sure I totally understand this post, but if the ocean has cooled slightly as part of natural fluctuation «noise,» and if last year's
hurricane season (with Katrina, et al.) happened during this natural cooling fluctuation, and if the ocean is on a general
track of getting warmer, then we probably have much much worse to expect in
future hurricanes....
