The Strategic Plan provides direction for the
future allocation
of resources, financial stability, staffing levels, internal support and communication,
organizational culture efforts, and the capacity for
learning and growth.
I believe that none
of these are the
future of learning, because within an
organizational context, there are really three different goals we are trying to achieve - often simultaneously.
They hope this work will inspire
future research on the conditions that enhance the probability for team effectiveness in district teams and, in particular, on the ways in which sociostructural conditions such as positional diversity may enhance or detract from the likelihood
of learning and sustainable
organizational change.
Our hope is that by doing so, you can better understand what Tin Can actually is, how it impacts the world
of organizational learning today, and how it may impact the world
of organizational learning in the
future
