If that's not enough, Arkedo included a side - game involving the monsters you've off'd, but it largely comes off as a muddled after - thought, making me rather glad it was an option method for
gaining more loot.
I liked their inclusion as a means to
gain more loot and orc minions, and I appreciated that you can buy at least a few kinds of boxes without spending a dime.

This adds to the motivation of
gaining more skills and exploring content to level up your character or find some better
loot (everybody likes
loot) in the PvE mode of the game.
With the Trials of Osiris, your team's overall performance will directly impact what kind of
loot you'll
gain access to, and that's the carrot on the end of the stick I need to keep me coming back for
more.

more of a necessity to improve teams and climb through the ranks of the Resistance or the Empire, the consensus was that some players were

gain favor with each location's vendor which, in turn, will give you access to even
more loot.
Sure there are plenty of times where RNG plays a huge role in
gaining more advantageous
loot drops and map layouts, but in the end success still boils down to your mastery of what the game gives you, which is the mark of a great roguelike.
Instead, it was intrinsically tied to the complaints that Battlefront II received, as the notion of
loot boxes
gained more and
more mainstream notoriety.
