My favorite summer dessert has got to be a blackberry
peach gallette with a scoop of fior di latte and some mint on top.
Free - form puff pastry tarts, also known as open - faced flans or
as gallettes, are a classic French pastry.
I doubled the recipe because I have a 12 inch tart pan so I was able to make the tart and a
smaller gallette.
A peach
blueberry gallette that's a snap to make and can be made with just about any fresh fruit.
I don't think
the gallette was too dark.
I did
mine gallette style, and it was so rustically beautiful!

it gallette style, and it leaked making it sticky and hard - to - move.
Your gallette looks wonderful unfortunately my garden tomatoes are not performing well so I will have to buy some.
