I've put a few hours into Soul Sacrifice and some of the Toukiden games.

Selective games like demon souls, mass effect, persona3portable along with other MH like games God Eater, Soul Sacrifice, Toukiden, Dragon's dogma and newer games like Freedomwars and bloodborne all these game give you the option to choose the player gender and it doesn't affect things overall.

Also on the list of games that will be released some time this month are Ibb and Obb (PS3), Binary Domain (PS3), Soul Sacrifice (Vita), and Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath (Vita).
