I know allot of
games he came off the bench but that never stopped Giroud from getting a decent share.
FC played a minor role in his first 4 or 5
games coming off the bench before making his first start, against WH I think — there was none of the panic hinted out in the general hysteria on here.
Rambo did not have the same amazing influence for us last season, dropping from 16 goals in just 30 starts and four sub appearances down to 10 goals from 33 starts and eight
games coming off the bench.

bench, other than you probably piss him

After Van Persie left, Walcott was our go - to guy when we needed goals that season and he got us 21 goals in all competitions playing as a winger and
coming off the
bench in most of those
games.
Had he been on the squad for the second half of the year, he would have made a rare start or two but probably would have
come off the
bench a lot as a second half sub in tight

But if he is to

bench regularly, he must up his
game significantly or Wenger will soon realize that he is more of a liability than an asset.

I have to give Giroud credit for doing a good job

bench but my fear is that he will start
games for us and that is a depressing thought to me.
If he
comes off the
bench he will definitely bring with him added confidence for the team and will be against tired players so will have a guaranteed impact and in a tight
game at home when we will more than likely be the ones searching for a goal later on that can make all the difference.

bench several times this season to save Arsenal from losing
games that they found it difficult to score in.
