The biggest developments that occur though are certainly shown to players via the in -
game cutscenes mentioned above.

We've
mentioned how levels are shorter than usual and the
game's over with quickly, but this cheapness extends to the

cutscenes were done a comic book style; the artwork of the
game also resembles that style.
As I briefly
mentioned you unlock additional missions, which are not played by Billy, but rather Billy's friends (who are seen in the
game's opening
cutscene and are also transported to Morning Land).
It's also worth
mentioning that the voice actors in this
game don't seem to want to put any effort into their voice work and it ruins any kind of atmosphere the
game is trying to build with its communist - propaganda - styled
cutscenes, which, by the way, can be extremely vague sometimes since they're merely a sequence of still images (as they were in previous entries).
