Kojima was more focus on becoming more Hollywood so he hired a Hollywood actor that cost him a huge part of the
game budget which shows that he couldn't finish the last
chapter, and Snake have barely any dialog to Begin with and the tapes were supposed to be cutscene but instead it was just turn
into tapes to save money, Zero original voice didn't replice his role because he was offer too little and Paz as well (a huge part of the budget went
into Kiefer) and more.
The first few
chapters where we're meeting characters and new environments across the world runs at a nice clip, however once the
game gets
into itself it falls apart at the seams.

game's campaign content from 12
chapters following the exploits of The Guild, to a whopping 48
chapters of story delving
into the far reaches of Resonail's expansive lore and nations.
