A treble in his first season at Barcelona and another Champions League in
just his first three seasons in
management was a remarkable achievement, no question, and if anything his struggles at Bayern show that one can not simply inherit a good set of players and let them do the rest, but while he revolutionised the
game in 2009, he is now being found out and it is something of a surprise that he has no other European Cup to his name since 2011 given the quality of teams he's had at his disposal since then.
come on there are three men on him when he gets ball... which is how serious teams press... even so he is only one driving things forward from back need to bring on coquelin who can give him time and kosalinac who is more of a threat down right than bellerin... but this starting every
game with iwobi is
just pitiful
management... he gives no outlet for wilshere has no football brain and cant defend... another walcott in the making
Wenger's fooling with players natural positions» is insanity, all those
games with Ramsey out of position and us losing was
just stupid
management, nothing more.
this team with the right
management and one strong leader in the team can win anything, what happened to our passing
game it
just disappeared in to the fin air and now we can not put two passes together as if its a totally different team, we played some relay good football up until
just few weeks ago what happened to it?
Nothing wrong with their logic. These players are not bad players, they
just lack proper
management and motivation.Ramsey was outstanding at the euros, comes back to arsenal and looks below average, Gabriel was a solid defender at Villarreal, even looked decent in his first few
games for us and got capped by Brazil, he's an absolute mess right now, coquelin is slowly regressing, so is bellerin and so is iwobi. You have to question the
management and coaching of these players
the obvious fact is that the club began to stagnate in football terms a decade ago after the CL semi against man utd and has been in outright retreat over the last 3 years... some fans were calling for wenger to leave in 2011 - 12 as it was clear he could not cope with a more competitive environment others have been more tolerant, hanging on to fa cup glory and hoping that he would somehow self correct his weak and erratic
management style but most now realise that is not possible and that the club will deteriorate further under his
management so also want him gone, that has left a hard core of wenger loyalists who are either fixated with the past (selecting episodic good and bad times to justify wengers decade long failure) or too frightened of the future to contemplate a change (with selective reference to failed managerial changes by way of justification) or both, to conclude, through a mixture of panglossian fatalism and corporate philosophising, how lucky we are to have such an honourable and educated man in charge... along with their confused references to club loyalty and addiction to computer
games these are troubled souls who need our sympathy and concerned medical advice... SO
JUST F OFF STOCK UP ON CANNED SOUP AND GO SUPPORT ASTON VILLA ON FIFA!
ive already explained to u havnt I, your the one who needs to explain your comment on how you can say it was bad

Nothing like one underachiever blowing smoke up the ass of another... we know that Ozil has some incredible technical gifts, but to be considered the best you have to bring more than
just assists to the table... for me, a top player has to possess a more well - rounded
game, which doesn't mean they need to be a beast on both ends of the pitch, but they must have the ability to take their
game to another level when it matters most... although he amassed some record - like stats early on, it set the bar too high, so when people expected him to duplicate those numbers each year the pressure seemed to get the best of our soft - spoken star... obviously that's not an excuse for what has happened in the meantime, but it's important to make note of a few things: (1) his best year was a transition year for many of the traditionally dominant teams in the EPL, so that clearly made the numbers appear better than they actually were and (2) Wenger's system, or lack thereof, didn't do him any favours; by playing him out of position and by not acquiring world - class striker and / or right - side forward that would best fit an Ozil - centered offensive scheme certainly hurt his chances to repeat his earlier peformances, (3) the loss of Cazorla, who took a lot of pressure off Ozil in the midfield and was highly efficient when it came to getting him the ball in space, negatively impacted his effectiveness and (4) he likewise missed a good chunk of
games and frankly never looked himself when he eventually returned to the field... overall the Ozil experiment has had mixed reviews and rightfully so, but I do have some empathy for the man because he has always carried himself the same way, whether for Real or the German National team, yet he has only suffered any lengthy down periods with Arsenal... to me that goes directly to this club's inability to surround him with the necessary players to succeed, especially for someone who is a pass first type of player; as such, this simply highlights our club's ineffective and antiquated transfer policies... frankly I'm disappointed in both Ozil and our
management team for not stepping up when it counted because they had a chance to do something special, but they didn't have it in them... there is no one that better exemplifies our recent history than Ozil, brief moments of greatness undercut by long periods of disappointing play, only made worse by his mopey posturing like a younger slightly less awkward Wenger... what a terribly waste
case 2 jurgen klopp he was always up on the touchline animated (he is a joy to watch
just on his own without the team) talking to his players and encouraging them to keep chasing the ball down, and counter attack and he wasn't scared to make changes to the shape or tactics through out the
game to gain advantage, where he could clued up manager (what wenger was once upon a time) he is the future of football
management, take your bow klopp you earned it last night can only hope when the time comes we can convince to take us to the future of modern football.
He returned after an hour of last week's clásico, entering the
game at 3 - 0 up, and while this was probably
just sensible
management of an injured player from his manager, Luis Enrique, it's nice to imagine that substitution as a giant middle finger directed squarely across the Bernabéu turf.
like I've said before, Wenger is simply stating that Sanchez is staying so that he can regain some leverage when it comes time to make a deal and to shift the focus back squarely on Sanchez... this is 101 tactics in PR
management... the very fact that he even mentioned RVP's name speaks to the utterance arrogance of a man that believes he answers to no one... before you harshly judge Sanchez think carefully about what the ultimate intentions of both parties involved... Sanchez wants to win trophies and get paid generously for his efforts, whereas the club wants to pull the wool over our eyes once again so that we blame the player for wanting the very things we told him we wanted when we brought him in... how many times do we have to go down this road before we realize the only common factor in each of these scenarios is the club itself... trust me, if we showed any ambition Sanchez's contract demands would be much different...
just like in other major sports players will take a «home town» discount if they see those in charge making a truly honest attempt to fight for the highest honours in their respective fields... that being said, if they see a team trying to make disparaging remarks about them in the press and not following through on their promises, they will likely try to make them pay a premium for their services or seek greener pastures... btw if anyone simply looks at the score versus Bayern today and thinks that even for a second that this was a deserved victory,
just watch the
game and judge for yourself... actually save yourself the anguish and
just know that if it weren't for Cech and Martinez this could have been a repeat of our Champions League flopping or worse
Critics should not
just come for the sake of it, am one of gooners who has felt its time Wenger packed his memory off the emirates as a Manager some five years ago, but of recent we have seen some tremendous improvements from tactical point of view of the
game to player
management, in fact I swallowed my words when I saw Moyes leap flogging the biggest team in EPL and yet many Arsenal wanted him at Emirates to replace the Prof.. We can not down play the improvements of most of teams in the EPL ladder, Southampton, West Ham, Swansea, Liverpool, Spurs for the past two years.
never waste CAPITAL LETTERS on an article about Chambers at this juncture... I still can't believe that no one from
management has ever explained why such a frugal club spent so much money on him in the first place... we haggle for months and years with clubs for players who could have a monumental impact on the very future of our club but somehow we found $ 16 million for someone who couldn't regularly crack a Southampton lineup (very fishy)... don't get me wrong, I like what he showed at times last season in Middlesbourogh but from the handful of
games I watched him play I still have some serious questions about his consistency as a back - line player in the EPL; as such he should prove himself on loan for another season, making sure that he goes to a team that wants him in the starting 11... bottom line, let's not get bogged down with the semantics of peripheral players and focus on the real task at hand = figure out who the hell is going to be our starting 11 for the foreseeable future, which means getting contracts signed, getting rid of a lot of deadwood and bringing in talented players into the positions which truly need upgrading... the rest is
just unnecessary noise
Although it will be incredibly difficult to ever match his contributions on the pitch, it's vitally important for a former club legend, like Henry, to publicly address his concerns regarding the direction of this club... regardless of those who still feel that Henry has some sort of agenda due to the backlash he received following earlier comments he made on air regarding Arsenal, he has an intimate understanding of the
game, he knows the fans are being hosed and he feels some sense of obligation, both professionally and personally, to tell it like he sees it... much like I've continually expressed over the last couple months, this team isn't evolving under this current ownership /
management team... instead we are currently experiencing a «stagnant» phase in our club's storied history... a fact that can't be hidden by simply changing the formation or bringing in one or two individuals... this team needs fundamental change in the way it conducts business both on and off the pitch or it will continue to slowly devolve into a second tier club... regardless of the euphoria surrounding our escape act on Friday evening, as it stands, this club is more likely to be fighting for a Europa League spot for the foreseeable future than a top 4 finish... we can't hope for the failures of others to secure our place in the top 4, we need to be the manufacturers of our own success by doing whatever is necessary to evolve as an organization... if Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke can't take the necessary steps following the debacle they manufactured last season, their removal is imperative for our future success... unfortunately, I strongly believe that either they don't know how to proceed in the present economic climate or they are unwilling to do whatever it takes to turn this ship around...
just look at the current state of our squad, none of our world class players are under contract beyond this season, we have a ridiculous wage bill considering the results, we can't sell our deadwood because we've mismanaged our personnel decisions and contractual obligations, we haven't properly cultivated our younger talent and we might have become one of the worst clubs ever when it comes to way we handle our transfer business, which under Dein was one of our greatest assets... it's time to get things right!!!
I've noticed that he has improved his
management of
games from the touchline this season, but it is
just not acceptable that we don't have backup for such a vital position if we are looking to challenge for major titles.
Before Alan Pardew took charge as manager, West Brom gathered 12 points from 14 matches and were 17th in the table; in the 14

All lies,
just like Wenger's
management a lie. This is without doubt the most embarrassing defeat of Wenger's era, and I struggle to find a worse one in my lifetime. This should be Wenger's last
game as Arsenal manager, and I call on him now to resign, this is not a knee jerk reaction, merely final recognition that time is up for this arrogant lying man.I felt really sorry for Thierry Henry.
