games than any other club.

seems to reflect the general mess that the
club is now in... rent seeking owner disinterested in the
game, delusional manager who continues to believe the
game is played in his own head rather
than against
other teams who are strengthening, too many players in some positions too few in
others, inflated wage bill due to hanging on to deadwood players, injury prone before season starts, lack of footballing identity... wexit a necessary but probably not sufficient condition for
club to regain its status
Come on... Did anyone actually believe we were in with a shot for the CL
other than the 4th place whinning junkies on this site... Take my advice get down to your local tesco express and stock up on the soup then listen to those with a modicum of knowledge about the
game and a desire to see the
club improve who have been saying for 5 years now that wenger was professionally incapable of delivering another title and then join the chorus of calls for his immediate departure... coz if he stays there will be nothing next season either
If you love the
club, missing just one home
game in the scale of things is hardly worse
than sitting through 18
other home
games (and 19 away
games) witnessing the pathetic decapitulation by our team as in the opening home
game against Liverpool (likewise we saw against Aston Villa, and WestHam in the last three years).

games.
Arsenal has nothing
other teams do not have, if you cant provide players with the luxury of being a serious
club who competes for trophys
than you need persue them to stay bec of the money, and Wenger again is doing his poker
games
OF course you can't blame him for everything, but everything football related yes he runs that side of the
club without interference from anyone, here is a man who blames everything and everyone
other than ever looking at himself when the team loses a
game, for how many years has the
club been crying out for a world - class dm, he refused to buy player's to compliment ozil and Sanchez, yes 100 percent, a better manager would get more from the same players..
Fans fail to see that we are blessed to have a DM like coquelin, I mean look at how solid our team has become when he plays. His defensive qualities are what please me the most.Coquelin reads the
game really well and knows exactly where an opponent is going to drop the next pass that is why you see him making so many interceptions because he reads the
game well and he is not afraid to challenge for the ball.He is also very desciplined withe ball and passes the ball quick enough to start a counter attack. So for me, I couldn't ask for another DM
than Coquelin please let's learn to appreciate what we have.Schneiderlin, Wanyama, Kondogbia etc are highly rated because they play for
other clubs if they were playing for Arsenal we would have branded them «average players», we would be crying for Wenger to sign «world class DMs».
Given that the
other big news story of the day concerned a certain Wayne Rooney holding a
club to ransom over the want of an even more obscene pay packet
than the one he already had, this really does highlight the huge gap that exists in the
game.
In comments reported on the Arsenal website the Frenchman spoke about how all of the
clubs in the
other leagues around Europe treated their own cup competitions and did not play a bunch of kids to save themselves for the league matches, even the biggest
clubs like Barcelona who because of the
club world cup and the Champions League will most likely play more
games than the Gunners this season.

than any
other club in the world with a total of # 101.84 million last year, narrowly ahead of Real Madrid, who made # 100.12 m from
games at the Bernabeu, and Barcelona, with a total of # 90.17 m. Manchester United are next on the list, generating # 87.96 m from Old Trafford while Chelsea are sixth with # 71.84 m made from Stamford Bridge.
What Sanchez wants to think about is, in any
other club he will not be the kingpin, he'll just be another member of the squad who won't get picked every
game, and will be substituted a lot more
than he is at Arsenal, so if he's happy with that, and wants to leave, let him go, I'm sick of players holding
clubs to ransom.
He needs to ensure that he gives nothing less
than 100 % in each and every
game he plays, he also needs to make sure that (as the longest serving player at the
club) he imparts this way of thinking and acting on every
other player in the squad.
I think gmv8 is right, there is something sinister going on behind the scenes, the way the team played today wasn't just usual wenger's fault, yes his time is up and he needs to retire but i think there is more to the team
than we know, players weren't communicating with each
other on the pitch, they weren't caring about the
game at all, at one of the goals i saw ramsey was talking to another player and not giving a damn about the
game at all, there is some internal crisis between players, some probably hate each
other, the defenders and the midfield lost the ball too much that it seemed they are doing it deliberately, some players seem to want out but not gone yet that makes me think they want out not because of money or the
club but because they hate each
other, specially Ox and Sanchez!!

club have expectations and goals

Until the fans forcefully take the
club back, the usual continues: Arsene's legacy of loving failure and excuses, arsenal being brilliant for some weeks and losing decisive
games at crucial time, a good run at fa cup, injuries more
than any
other top
club, AKBs declaring total support for brilliant Wenger, the American animal torturer giving prof contract extension, Usmanov making weak attempts at takeover, Dangote forever promising to buy us out; and in that time, all the major
clubs each clinch a prem title again, even spud having a taste, while for almost two decades we have been dreaming under Arsene's sedatives!

Although it will be incredibly difficult to ever match his contributions on the pitch, it's vitally important for a former
club legend, like Henry, to publicly address his concerns regarding the direction of this
club... regardless of those who still feel that Henry has some sort of agenda due to the backlash he received following earlier comments he made on air regarding Arsenal, he has an intimate understanding of the
game, he knows the fans are being hosed and he feels some sense of obligation, both professionally and personally, to tell it like he sees it... much like I've continually expressed over the last couple months, this team isn't evolving under this current ownership / management team... instead we are currently experiencing a «stagnant» phase in our
club's storied history... a fact that can't be hidden by simply changing the formation or bringing in one or two individuals... this team needs fundamental change in the way it conducts business both on and off the pitch or it will continue to slowly devolve into a second tier
club... regardless of the euphoria surrounding our escape act on Friday evening, as it stands, this
club is more likely to be fighting for a Europa League spot for the foreseeable future
than a top 4 finish... we can't hope for the failures of
others to secure our place in the top 4, we need to be the manufacturers of our own success by doing whatever is necessary to evolve as an organization... if Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke can't take the necessary steps following the debacle they manufactured last season, their removal is imperative for our future success... unfortunately, I strongly believe that either they don't know how to proceed in the present economic climate or they are unwilling to do whatever it takes to turn this ship around... just look at the current state of our squad, none of our world class players are under contract beyond this season, we have a ridiculous wage bill considering the results, we can't sell our deadwood because we've mismanaged our personnel decisions and contractual obligations, we haven't properly cultivated our younger talent and we might have become one of the worst
clubs ever when it comes to way we handle our transfer business, which under Dein was one of our greatest assets... it's time to get things right!!!
This is a decent article, yet the negatives from fans are still there, I would love to see arsenal like I did at the end of the 90's and at the beggining of the 2nd millennium but it doesn't mean in order to do so I would buy all the best players in world, I would get a rich owner to put his filthy money in, change the manager every 2 years to do so, there's so much wrong in football nowadays that yes it's still a sport but there's more focus on the filthy amounts of money being spent on
clubs and players that I think attracts more attention
than the
game itself, now that is wrong and it's very wrong, even our owner though not like the arabs or Russians, yet the yank is clueless about the tradition of our
game, it's just sad, so the fact that Wenger has remained for this long through all these changes that have occurred whilst the money
game has elvolved, it makes me happy that arsenal do not spend stupid amounts of money on players, we don't try and buy the league, hell we even tight with wages and transfer fees, I'm glad it's like that, though our season ticket is a rip off I still don't mind it because at least we are not like the
other supreme teams, there's a bit of tradition left at our
club, yet you go to man shitty or Chelski, there is no tradition, it's all about buying ur way all the way to the top, on the
other hand spuds don't know what to make of them besides how the heck have they finished above us?
Unfortunately we do not face Chelsea while Morata is absent, unless he does what many Arsenal players have done and take much longer to return
than first expected, but
other clubs could take advantage and with Arsenal exerting pressure by winning our own
games I reckon cracks could appear and soon widen at Stamford Bridge.

other ways for a

other than the Bundesliga.

than (this season) any

other club (last season and this), the facts are damning to Slav, the biggest surprise is that our Chairmen run multiple businesses yet they don't seem to link these things together and realise that the manager and or the coaching staff are the problem.

game there were plenty of
others: Arshavin was far more busy
than in the opening
game, Jack Wilshere was given more time and space to show what he can do and Chamakh showed good determination to react from two poor misses to score his first goal for the
club.
