We have seen some of the most impressive gaming laptops, mice etc. from the company and on November 1st, Razer is announcing its first ever
gaming smartphone named the Razer Phone.

Back on February 14 (2013), SEGA announced that SEGA Networks (it's mobile
gaming division) would be collaborating with Tokyo - based, Aiming Incorporated, on some future
smartphone games, under the
name «SEGA x Aiming».
The Republic of Gamers brand has been used by ASUS for launching
gaming - oriented desktop PCs, laptops, and notebooks since 2006, though the
name has never been attached to a
smartphone.
There has been speculation that the «NX» code
name alludes to Nintendo's efforts to tie together its
gaming hardware and invite mobile devices,
smartphones and tablets into its ecosystem.

Why this matters: Razer is one of the top
names in PC
gaming, and it's bringing that same mindset to its first
smartphone.
Now, this is not the first time we're hearing about this phone, the «blackshark» or «Black Shark»
name appeared back in February, when a report claimed that one of Xiaomi's subsidiaries is working on a
gaming smartphone.
Even Nokia tried with the most dedicated device
named the N - Gage which was too early for its experimental idea to kick off as a
gaming smartphone.
