ganche cake, orange glazed tofu..
It consists of a fresh graham cracker crust with a light
chocolate ganche filling (almost pudding like) and them is topped off with a thick layer of toasted marshmallow.
I used
homemade ganche in place of the chocolate schmear, and used flour in place of the Hi Maize fiber.
Because heavy cream has a high fat content, I felt substituting the cream with a plant - based milk like almond milk or rice milk wouldn't yield a «
real ganche»; it would lack the creamy flavor.
But then I saw them with
the ganche and I want them.
When I started looking at it I thought how difficult it will be, but it's not, it's like making
a ganche, but will lot of flavors.
Dip the tops of the cold cupcakes into
the ganche, allow to set and add a second coat.
:) What a combo that frosting and
ganche make!
