You can skip
garlic powder or use thyme
instead of oregano.
I added onion and
garlic powder to the cooking beef (
instead of onions).
I do mine with
garlic powder (
instead of Italian seasoning).
I only had plain panko & no italian seasoning so I mixed
garlic powder with the panko & parmesan
instead.
The only thing I think I will change for next time is to use fresh
garlic, sauteed in with the onion,
instead of the
garlic powder.
If you have time to roast a head of
garlic, you could mash it and rub it all over the cauliflower steaks
instead of using
garlic powder.
If you are looking for a small container, I would cut the recipe in half and forget about adding the
garlic clove (
instead you can spice the salsa at the end to taste using a
garlic powder or salt).

Instead of raw spinach, kale
powder combines with cultured coconut milk,
garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and lemon juice.
The things I changed: I add double the
garlic because we REALLY enjoy

Ours are very similar, only I prefer smoked paprika, a smidge of cheddar, and onion
powder instead of
garlic.
So unless you like your tater tots extra garlicky, make sure to put 1/4 cup coconut flour
instead + just add 1/2 teaspoon
garlic powder!

garlic powder, you can use your favourite herbs, caraway or just skip it.
